Following the opening of Suzhou Weisheng Packaging Co., Ltd. on July 18, 2015, Shijiazhuang Guanling Packaging Co., Ltd. officially opened and commenced operations in Xingtang County, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, on July 1, 2020, with a grand opening ceremony. Key guests who participated in the ceremony and gave speeches included Yang Lizhong, the Party Secretary of Xingtang County, Wang Yanfang, the County Magistrate of Xingtang County, and Wei Lihua, the Chairman and President of Junlebao Dairy Group. After the ceremony, the leaders visited the production line of the Guanling intelligent high-speed milk powder can project.

Shijiazhuang Guanling Packaging Co., Ltd. is a joint investment between Qingdao Beiqi Group and Junlebao Dairy Group. With an initial investment of 210 million yuan, the project will produce 75 million cans of various specifications of milk powder annually once completed. It is expected to generate annual sales revenue of 300 million yuan, a profit of 30 million yuan, and tax revenues of 20 million yuan. Additionally, it will create 100 local jobs and help drive local economic development and industrial transformation and upgrading. From the start of construction on March 17, 2020, to the official commencement of production on July 1, 2020, the project was completed in just 106 days, including factory renovations, equipment installation, testing, and production. The local government and customers have given us great recognition for our efforts.
